Refund policy

Returns are eligible within 3 days of the purchase date. Your item must be unused in the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging including all stickers and inserts. Merchandise returned not in the received original condition and packaging may result in a restocking fee of 25% percent or may not qualify for a refund.

Returns are not accepted after 3 days unless it’s a manufacturing defect.

If your item has a manufacture damage or defect that was not caused by you or your pet, we will pay for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please reach out to us immediately at megapower2154@gmail.com with photos and stop the use of the product if that is the case.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Refunds can only be given to the same credit card the purchase was made on.

All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Buyer’s Remorse

If the refund request is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item has been used, we cannot accept it back for a full refund. If the product is not received in a new, unopened condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25%.

Initiate Returns

To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Mega Power, Inc. by emailing megapower2154@gmail.com 

All packages that are returned with no Return Authorization Number will be refused. Mega Power will not be held responsible for any lost packages.

Please make sure you include the RA# inside the box with your returned items.

Refunds

We will initiate a refund depending on the condition the return is in. You will be notified when a refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued to your original payment form.

Refunds will take up to 3 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Third-Party

Returns are only accepted for items purchased on Megapower.pk website or through phone orders and within 3 days of purchase. Mega Power does not accept returns of items purchased through any third party, including its retail partners. If you did not purchase on our website, please contact the original seller. Mega Power is not responsible for these purchases.

Bundles

If you wish to return a bundle special for a refund, you must return the entire bundle within 3 days of purchase. Any return for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Email megapower2154@gmail.com for questions.

Changes and Cancellations

Only order cancellations and changes within 2 hours of order placement are guaranteed. After that, depending on how far along your order fulfillment is, we may not be able to make any updates or changes.

If you need to change any detail or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel your order after it has already shipped, we will charge a fee equal to 15% of the order value to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees.

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has shipped, we will charge a redirection fee that is subject to change depending on the location.
